OBJECTIVE
The Warehouse Manager/Driver assists with all warehouse operations and the timely delivery of materials, tools, and supplies to construction jobsites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage helpers assigned to the warehouse and create schedules
Responsible for delivery of material to jobsites and picking up materials from jobsites
Monitor the accuracy of loads being shipped from the warehouse such as tooling and fabricated materials
Manage maintenance programs for the vehicle fleet assigned to the warehouse
Manage incoming deliveries with the fabrication shop, foremen, and project managers
Make deliveries to jobsites
Initiate snow removal from walk paths and elsewhere as coordinated with the asset manager and helpers
Manage tool purchasing and usage billing while heading ToolWatch
Conduct material, supply, and tool inventories to verify stock and identify losses
Maintain physical and electronic documents, files, and records (stock requisition forms)
Prepare orders by pulling from stock to meet delivery requirements
Research discrepancies on orders (overages, shortages, duplicate deliveries, etc.) to correct errors and/or return damaged/incorrect items to vendors
Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, floor cleaner, pallet jacks, etc.) to safely transport weighted items
Maintain positive relationships with others while resolving concerns and answering questions
Assists with cleaning the warehouse common areas
Perform other duties as assigned
Assist PM’s with job cost tracking
Set up RGA’s for material returns after project completion
Monitor and track in house safety supplies and PPE
Assist with new employee on boarding and documentation
Assist with parts and material procurement
Work with vendors to locate material and equipment pricing
General office and shop housekeeping

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONSIDERATIONS
Significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Must be capable of safely lifting 80lbs
In-state & occasional minor out of state travel is required
Must be familiar with jobsite safety requirements and be prepared to wear a hard hat, steel-toed work boots, gloves, and safety glasses
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class A (required) and clean driving record
Forklift Operator’s Certificate preferred
Minimum of 1 year CDL driving experience
