Objective
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven marketing leader to elevate Modern’s brand presence and digital engagement. The Director of Marketing will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, attract key clients, and leverage digital tools to drive engagement. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping Modern’s narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms, and identifying opportunities for market expansion.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with experience in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and brand positioning. The Director of Marketing will uphold the company’s core values of integrity, service, leadership, empowerment, and innovation while demonstrating a dedicated and results-driven work ethic.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and clarify Modern’s brand identity.
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid media, social media, and analytics.
Manage website optimization, content strategy, and performance tracking.
Oversee community engagement efforts, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Produce high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, and RFP responses.
Utilize data and analytics to measure performance and refine marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to understand target audiences and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales, business development, and recruitment efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Expertise in brand development, content strategy, and storytelling.
Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, PPC, social media management, and analytics.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of media production, visual communication, and design principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for marketing innovation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on digital engagement
Experience in the construction, mechanical, or industrial sectors is a plus.
